Ground floor suites have access to a dedicated terrace space. There is only one unit in each building that does not have a balcony. Please see floor plans or speak with a Leasing Team member for more informaiton.

Utilities are based on personal consumption.

Yes, in-suite laundry is included in every apartment.
Suites on the ground floor have ceiling heights of approximately 10'. Suites on higher floors have ceiling heights just under 9'.

Each building has one dedicated amenity space that can be enjoyed by all residents.
