Can I get more than 1 parking space?
You can request to be put on a waitlist for an additional parking spot, however, due to limited availability there are no guarantees.
Can I charge my electric vehicle?
Yes, there are four EV ChargePoint stations on-site.
Is there visitor parking?
Yes, visitor parking spaces are available. See Leasing Agent for details.
Is there underground parking?
No, there is only outdoor surface parking available at an additional fee.
What is the cost of renting a parking space?

Do you offer a Resident Portal?
Yes, residents can submit work orders and pay their rent through the Resident Portal. Click here to access the Trio Resident Portal.
Do you offer furnished suites?
No, suites are not furnished.
Are there any pet restrictions?
Pets are welcome! See our Leasing Agent for details.
Is this a concrete building?
The buildings are steel framed and have concrete floors.
Do all suites have a balcony?
Ground floor suites have access to a dedicated terrace space. There is only one unit in each building that does not have a balcony. Please see floor plans or speak with a Leasing Team member for more informaiton.
What utilities am I responsible for?
Hydro (electricity): Electricity used for lighting, outlets, appliances, and other in-suite electrical use.
Water: Your in-suite water consumption.
Thermal: The electricity used to operate your suite's individually controlled VRF heating and cooling system.
How much are utilities per month?
Utilities are based on personal consumption.
Is there a washer and dryer in all suites?
Yes, in-suite laundry is included in every apartment.
What are the ceiling heights of the suites?
Suites on the ground floor have ceiling heights of approximately 10'. Suites on higher floors have ceiling heights just under 9'.

Do you work with Realtors?
Yes, we love working with Realtors and offer special incentives to Realtors whose clients rent with us.
Can I sublet?
No, we do not allow subletting.
Do you do short-term leases?
Leases require a 1-year minimum commitment.
Amenities
What are the amenity spaces?
Each building has one dedicated amenity space that can be enjoyed by all residents.

Is there a concierge or someone on-site 24/7?
There is no concierge, however we offer a sophisticated keyless entry system with authorized access for deliveries and a secure parcel room. See our Leasing Agent for details.
Is there a secure parcel room?
Yes, there is a 1Valet Secure Parcel Delivrey Room.
Can I have a BBQ on my balcony?
BBQs are not allowed on balconies. Residents will have access to an outdoor communal area that will be equipped with BBQs.
What is the cost of renting a storage locker and what are the sizes of storage units?
